Welcome to the Mindful Communication Series!

 In Uncategorized

Hello dear one,

Welcome to the Mindful Communication course. I am so thrilled to have you join me on this journey towards more presence, connection, peace, ease and joy. So grateful you made this choice to get support for a thriving life. Life is precious, and your efforts matter.

A few tips for making the most (ease) out of your journey:

Make time for you...

Make time for you…

  • Make a time slot in your schedule at least once a week and ideally a few times a week to watch the videos, listen to the guided meditations, reflect on the action questions and connect in the community forum.
  • Choose a journal or pad of paper to keep your notes, questions, and reflections along your journey.
  • Make a commitment to yourself and your vision and values to ask, share or post in the Facebook group and/or send me an email once per week.

Each week, you will receive a series of emails, all with the same focus and including the following:

  • one digestible bite of Mindful Communication (video, downloadable pdfs)
  • one doable action step of Mindful Self-Care (video, audio)
  • one inspiring squeeze of encouragement to keep you motivated (downloadable image)

For now, there’s nothing you need to do aside from the following important step:

Join the Mindful Communication community forum and introduce yourself in that safe, compassionate space. This is a safe and private discussion space for you to share, ask, support and get support. Your membership, part of the purchase when you registered for this course, allows you access into this incredibly helpful support and resource.

If you wish, enjoy this Mindful Breathing Minute, a quick breath relaxation practice you can use any time in your day.

Remember that you can email me at any time. (sheila.alivingfamily@gmail.com) I am here for you. You are so worthy of a thriving life of presence, connection, peace, ease and joy. I am looking forward to getting you this support.

Wishing you peace and ease, dear one,
~sheila
