Beneficial bacteria affect immune, brain, and gut health and even fertility.

Our relationship with bacteria and fermentation processes have changed to discomfort and dis-ease. Obsessed with expiration dates and afraid of most of the food we eat, we live in a perpetual state of trying to keep the bad out.

Certainly with our children it feels even more intense. Don’t touch that, don’t eat that, that will make you sick, wash your hands before you…. And so on and so on. We’ve all been there. We’ve all felt that fear.

Ferments are foods that we consume which are alive with beneficial bacteria. So when you consume them that bacteria influences your personal balance and supports all those functions we listed before: brain, gut, immune, fertility, etc. etc. etc..

Yes! It is possible to have bacteria on your side. You can rebuild your trust in the living breathing processes that we all are and are all around us.

Fear does not need to dominate your food, play, or family life any longer.

Healing is available. And you can start now. If you haven’t signed up for my free gift yet now is the time!
