Kids, simple science and bubbles…

Lots of people who find out that ferments (probiotic foods) are good for them feel totally daunted by the idea of incorporating them into their diet. And even more overwhelmed by the idea of introducing them to children.

But I promise you, it can be easy, fun, and delicious.

Kids love food because it tastes good and intrigues them.

They love what they view as prized by adults. I.E. they love what they believe we love.

Pretty much universally I’ve found that kids love one of two things:

  1. Bubbles
  2. Pickles

But even if your kid doesn’t like either of those things I bet I can still get your kid to eat ferments. And at the end of this post I will share my secret with you.
