I struggled for years to figure out how to get ferments into my diet.

Knowing kraut or any ferment is good for you is not the best reason to eat it.

The best reason to eat kraut is because you can’t help yourself. Its so delicious you find yourself sneaking bits from the jar while you are making lunch or because you are dreaming about its zesty crunch with your breakfast routine or because it seems like the perfect side for your mid-week dinner.

If you think its going to be tons of time and effort. Hah! Not so. I promise to make it easy, fun, and delicious.
